Training for Velomotors
When Velomotors wanted to switch to the use of water decals for its high-end models, it asked Posterama for assistance.
We trained the department management at the Competence Center of The Sppot and then the employees in the factory. Soon, hundreds of thousands of decals were processed per year without any noteworthy problems.

Efficiency for Accell Group
The NWD water transfers from Posterama are unique in the industry with a guaranteed processing period of 3 years. But Accell Netherlands discovered that more money could be saved in processing this product!
Together, we went to work. The energy costs of drying are now more than 30% lower, processing takes significantly less labor time and the cycle time is at least 2 hours shorter.

Seamless production process through seamless fit
In-mould labels for VDL Group
Posterama was asked by VDL Group to provide IML labels for a special application. It involved relatively small quantities with a complex print on a foil that had to be UV-resistant and adhere well to a specific plastic.
Thanks to the Innovation Lab of Posterama, a special IML label was developed. And with feedback from the developers at VDL, we continued to develop. This has resulted in the labels now being processed seamlessly using robots.
A beautiful example of striving for perfection, excellent cooperation.
Combination with IML labeling
Printed electronics for TMSI
Making flexible grids conventionally is relatively expensive, especially for applications for one-time use or for medical studies. For several years, Posterama has been printing conductive grids for TMSI that must meet high functional requirements.
In 2022, the first functional electrode probes were produced through inmould labeling. After an intense development process in cooperation with TMSI and molding company E&VdK, this is a unique achievement!

The most expensive models of KTM have to look fantastic. To give the parts a better look than conventional stickers, KTM decided to use the unique NWD water transfers from Posterama.
